2010 -3rd Annual Game Dinner Fund Raiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

January 5, 2010

A fabulous and unusual dinner, and lots of people with generous hearts, made this event memorable.  The auction was a success and I was proud to contribute art, mugs and notecards to this cause.

This exquisite library provides a beautiful venue in which to display Gyotaku.  During this month-long exhibit I will show both past and recent works in this gallery setting.  Learn about the history of Gyotaku and various techniques.  There will be handouts for do-your-own fish printing.  If possible, please join me on  April 11th, 2:30-4:00 PM for a reception.

White Water Outfitters

When owner Bryce Poyer told me he would be taking over and redesigning the old Altenkirch's Bait and Tackle store on the Shinnecock Canal on the Eastern End of Long Island, I had immediate memories of fishing for flounder with my dad and stopping in for bait and tackle.  What Bryce has done to the old place is nothing short of spectacular- respecting the old time sinker bouncer while catering to the high end, off-shore fisherman.  I am very proud to be able to display my work at White Water Outfitters.
